How it works
1. Send your documents
Submit the papers by email or through our online portal, along with the best known address, the deadline or hearing date, and any identifying details such as a photo, vehicle, gate code or unit number.
2. Get a job number
We open the job in our case management portal and send you a job number so you can track it.
3. Follow every attempt
Each attempt is logged with the date, time and conditions at the location. You receive email updates and can check status online at any time. If service fails after three attempts, we tell you why and give you options, such as a second-address search, a skip trace or a stakeout.
4. Receive your affidavit
The signed affidavit or return of service is delivered electronically, notarized when required and formatted for filing.

Hard-to-find defendants
If three documented attempts fail, we work out why, then run a second-address search, a skip trace, a stakeout or more attempts. All of it is done in house by one team, with no outside vendors or handoffs, so we move faster.

Frequently asked questions
What qualifies as a "valid attempt" in Florida?
A valid attempt is an effort by a licensed process server at a reasonable time and place where the defendant is likely to be found. It includes confirming the address, documenting conditions at the location, making contact with occupants when possible, and following all statutory requirements under Florida law. Each attempt is logged with the date, time and observations so the service record is complete and court-ready.
We evaluate why service failed (wrong address, evasive behavior, vacant property or irregular hours). Then we can run a second-address search, perform a skip trace, set up a stakeout, or coordinate further attempts. You receive a status update with options for next steps.
What happens if the defendant can't be located after three attempts?
Yes. We routinely coordinate service throughout Florida and across the United States. For out-of-state cases, we work with trusted partners who understand the rules of their jurisdiction, and we make sure all affidavits or returns meet your court's requirements.
Can you serve out of state or nationwide?
How will I receive proof of service?
You receive a completed affidavit or return of service electronically through our case management system. Every affidavit is properly signed, notarized when required, and formatted for filing with the court. You also automated email updates throughout the process.
Rush service guarantees the first attempt within 48 business hours. Same-Day service guarantees the first attempt on the same day we receive the process. Both include three attempts. Contact us for price and availability.
