If the kiosks were in more accessible locations like bus stops or metro rail stations or if the survey could be taken online, the volume of reporting would undoubtedly increase and the City would have a much more accurate understanding of the issues with some of their employees and departments so they could begin resolving them. That said, having the kiosks to begin with is a great start.
