In a case where legal drama met creative flair, streamer Adin Ross claims Megan Thee Stallion’s legal team attempted to serve him by luring him outside with a mariachi band playing on his driveway. While it made headlines that he got served with a mariachi band, it didn’t quite pan out that way. Ross’s security team stepped in, and no direct service happened on the spot.

Instead, Ross’s attorney instructed him to have his security team relay the message to the server, asking them to contact him directly to arrange the deposition. True to form, Ross always eager for content, even asked if he could livestream the deposition.

While the mariachi spectacle didn’t deliver an instant “you’ve been served,” it did something else: it prompted engagement. In the end, Ross’s attorney agreed to coordinate, turning a flashy attempt into a functional resolution. Sometimes, creative methods open doors. Even if they don’t follow the script, they can spark the dialogue that gets you where you need to go.

So while the band made for great theatrics, the actual service remained a more standard legal coordination, just with a side of mariachi serenade.
