PROCESS SERVER BITTEN BY DOG IN HIS OWN CAR.

Process server bitten — 4:20 p.m. Sunday, 40800 block of Lacomb Drive. A process server opened the door of his car in the driveway of a house and a dog pushed its way into the vehicle and bit the server’s forearm and tore his shorts. A woman at the home told the man to stay in the car.

The dog now is quarantined at home, and no charges were filed. The server went to the hospital in Albany to have his arm treated. No information was available about whether the process server could do his job.
