A friend recently told me one of his coworkers found out they came into contact with a COVID positive person and still came to work. It turns out they were positive for the coronavirus and risked infecting everyone in the office. I was also surprised the learn that the rather large company he works for doesn’t have a policy addressing this situation. Does your company have such a policy?
At Miami PSPI, employees, subcontractors, process servers, and private investigators who have come into contact with a COVID positive person are responsible for reporting the same to management and they are prohibited from coming to the office until they can produce negative test results from a reputable provider.
